And how long it takes to get there from the Cotswolds, or Cardiff. It's approximately north of Hergest Ridge on the other side of the A44. Mike lived at 'The Beacon' which is the house adjacent to the golf club, and I understand that a member off this forum has recently purchased it. As you ascend Bradnor Hill from the main road you will cross over a cattle grid towards the top. The Beacon will be visible on the left.
