The only info I have about it is from the booklet of the bootleg CD "I Met A Sweet Senora In Barcelona":

Royal Wedding Anthem (London, Guildhall 28.07.81)
This anthem was specially dedicated to Diana and Charles in a free concert at Guildhall - this tune is very fantastic!!

It's very similar to some other tune of his (not identical), but slightly more festive and, well, "royal". I forget which tune it is right now.

It's from Taurus II, 5:37. It was released one year after the concert. :)

There's a cover version of this by Robert Reed , you'll find it on youtube. I assume he must have had contact with Mike to be able to make it.
