I agree, more or less; it could, for example, just as well have been called Crises II, since Outcast is very similar to Shadow On The Wall, and Man In The Rain is very, very similar to Moonlight Shadow, plus Crises also had the Bells theme at the beginning. Or, better still, it could have been called something completely different.
