He is one of my favourite artists besides Mike?His music is truly the sound of heaven!!!!!!!!What do you think about him? ;)  :cool:  :D

I absolutely agree! Andreas is the last realy big instrumentalist I discovered (before that I was listening to Jarre, Vangelis, Oldfield, John Williams...). He is not so known maby as these other, but is almost equaly good.

This magical swiss harpist and multiinstrumentalist, Andreas Vollenweider along with David Arkenstone is my favourite musician apart from Mike Oldfield. I had the chance to know him in a concert he played in Madrid in 1994... was a dream come true!!!!


Check out his best albums, 'Down to the Moon', 'Book of Roses' or 'Caverna Magica' and you'll find the most imaginative, magic and inspiring music you'll ever have heard. Would be nice to know from here if anybody tried and listened... wouldn't be dissapointed!!!

I have listened to the entire discography as i have it on cd.My favourites are "Behind the gardens","Caverna Magica","Dancing with the lion" and orchestral"Cryptos".Favourite songs are:Pyramid,Under the trees of hope,Conglichi Corum,The secret,tha candle and love,Wanja,Stella,Years in the forest,Garden of my childhood...
