(It gets interesting at 3:50 if you can't manage to listen to it from the beginning ma homies) My son recognised it and told me. Good to hear he knew it I am influencing him a little then! I can't find out if this is a new track or if it's old...I remember the Rose Royce original, and there have been covers, one of Jay Z's dating to 1998 - but this sounds kind of recent...?? I really can't believe I'm actually writing about rap - but I think I have a good enough excuse in this case!! -------------- ....second to the right and straight on till morning.... I listened to this via my phone so may be missing something, but all I can hear is a sample from Liberian Girl which is a fairly famous Michael Jackson song. The video for Liberian Girl was directed by Steven Spielberg which is quite interesting because the video is shit. Back to top

I reasoned, without actually watching it all the way through myself... Even considering the extra voxpops on top of the track, it's not the best sourced quality either.  I'm also at fault for failing to point out that it isn't strictly a sample that you're looking out for; more a hint of something familiar to my ears at least.  The recurring keyboard chime follows enough of a part of Far Above The Clouds for my Spidey-senses to tingle -------------- "Who was that?"
