i have been thinking of this. What if the fans could deside what songs mike would play in his live concerts.. If he would be on a new world tour.. (but i know thats difficult) but anyway!!!  :)

what would be your wish and want list?

My wish would be

Hergest ridge (beginning of part one) I would love that..
Sentinel (fade in from hergest ridge)
Crystal clear
the Sunken forest
Snow Cavern flight (version from tres lunas II)
To be free
Tres Lunas
Excalibur
Wild goose flaps it wings
From the Ashes
Secrets
Far above the clouds
Ascenison
tubular world
poison arrows
to france
moonlight shadow
inner child
Daliphant (a really good version and solo)
ambient guitars
william tell overture (cool fast version)

 mmmmmmmmhmmm this would give me peace
it will never happen but its my wish.. Maybe i also forgot many other good songs.. but this would be something new..
He would also played some of his upcomming album (of course)
All in all i would love a really good and cool version of william tell overture at the end.. That would give hes last part of the  concert a fresh good end! I also figure that "from the ashes" melt really good into secrets and far above..
As you can see i like good acustic, clean sounded concert, with clear tunes and guitars..

what a wish, but........... whatever!

Wild Goose Flaps it's Wings

i think this song would have a great place in his concert.  :)
Because mike is just so good in that special guitar sound and that kind of celtic style. In som strange way i think this song as from Guitars the album..
He would be a king out in the 2:53. That would make a huge beautiful solo...
lovely that melody... Wild goose flaps... its a must!

Yeah Wild Goose flaps it's wings is my fave piece from Voyager.  It used to be Mont St Michael, i don't think he'd be able to pull off Mont St Michael unless he was to employ a huge orchestra.  Maybe The Voyager would be a good concert piece as well.

What about Landfall from Tres Lunas, although it's a short tune, i'm sure Mike would expand it on a live stage.

yes!  Landfall is a very beautiful melody. I think its better than top of the morning actually..  He would make that more longer and good sounded. I would love to hear the end of it. This song is one of my favorite from tres lunas. Its makes me so glad and happy and also other people that hear this songs likes it very much

Mike has said that Amarok is "a very weird and wonderful, complicated thing to perform live. There would be eight guitars playing incredibly fast, and to be honest I wouldn't be able to find enough players who could play that quickly."

a little sad when i saw this.. But its true.. The only man who can play amarok must be mike, by himself  ;)

I think I posted this somewhere else, but here it goes:

1. Platinum (Charleston should be twice as long)
2. The Wind Chimes (only the second part without the stupid intro and outro)
3. Music From The Balcony
4. Crises
5. Random Talking Heads covers.

That would be a pretty nice concert.
