Have you ever seen this interview here?

It reminds me of that one from Heaven and Earth show in 2002.I love those personal interviews from Mike, and I'm sure on Changeling he's going to talk more about some stuff that's on this interview...

I haven't seen that one before. Thanks for posting the links. It's interesting to hear Mike talk so openly about his childhood. No wonder he had a difficult time as a young man.

That was awesome.  The way he talks about music being pure emotion so fits with what I hear when I listen. And when he talks about what believes the purpose of humanity is...

It all made perfect sense, probably because I've been immersed in his music for so many years.

Thanks for posting!

This is wonderful!!! I never heard or seen this before!! Thanks Tati!!!!! We should get a proper copy from the BBC archives (damn, that will cost a lot of money)

By the way, that picture of Sally which is shown in the first part is from the cover of her album 'Easy'. I always wondered who the person on her left was. First I thought it was Mike himself but I still am doubting... he doesn't really look like him either.

I can relate to Mike when he talks about hearing arguing and seeing traumatic things as I witnessed that with my Mum and Dad's marriage over the years. I ended up getting into music for the same reasons, to escape.

Music is my personal escape,in my case is just listening,I forget all the problems and enjoy the music,as well as it can heal me.
