After listening to a lot of fan songs on here I left a post some time ago that I would put one up myself. I had to move first in order to find the right box with the right CD-R(I have thousands of gigabytes of data I lug around). Well I found it on a disc dated April 15 2004, but it's actually a song or "diddy" from 1992. Made mostly with a Kawai K-4, Oberhiem Matrix 1000, Alesis drum module and a very special(long ago dead) Alesis Midiverb 2 FX processor. I used a Tascam 4 track multitrack(double-speed, Dolby C) and striped one track with a MIDI sync tone, leaving 3 tracks for whatever else....then recorded the 1st generation mix on a very nice Harmon Kardon tape deck. I guess in 2004 I digitalized that tape, and now I've got the file. It was kind of "juvenile" but I remember the week I worked on this I was thinking about Mike Oldfield. I sat down and I thought....I feel like doing something Oldfieldish. It was a fun few days and this has been on a CD-R buried for 4 years......prior to that buried on tape since 1992. It's kind of rough and over-effected as I was just starting to branch out with production techniques and drum programming so you'll either like it or not. But...I wanted to make a contribution. Hope u enjoy. Jim
