Would it be something when Mike ask this from us.

but I’ll think that we have no chance after what Mike said in the Eclipsed.
"From now on, my music will not be cool, hip or sexy any more. It will be as complicated as I think it has to be. And will not care any more if anybody likes it or if people will buy it - and that is exactly how I felt when I was 19".
I am honest to say that I like this even more.
Greetings and merry X-mas

I'm afraid Michael Cretu a.k.a. Enigma didn't go very far with his Social Song thing - the final result is as trivial as the rest of his recent output. As long as he was using religious elements in non-religious contexts he was very good. When he stopped doing that, he became just another "world music" act, so similar to Deep Forest and to a jillion others. What a shame ... :/

This is something that Alphaville did in the early 2000s, when they had fans writing lyrics with them on their mailing list, which they then turned into songs that ended up on one of their CDs. Worked very well.
