Would that el cheapo acoustic guitar pickup happen to be a magnetic one, which you then used near the computer monitor? If so, you could cut down on the buzzing by turning the monitor off while you record (assuming you know all the key commands needed). If you already did that, you could try turning the computer off too...er, no, wait, that one won't work...what you can do though is use an extension cable for the computer keyboard so you can sit further away when you record the guitar. The buzz only seems to be a problem at the beginning and end anyway (the result of noise reduction software? I think I can hear it gating the troublesome frequencies...). I think it sounds fine, other than that, though it has a more electric sound, which is always the case with magnetic pickups.
Anyway, enough about all that... It sounds like you're progressing well with the guitar. Solo acoustic stuff is really one of the more demanding areas of guitar playing in many ways, as you're on your own the whole way though and don't have anyone/anything else to look to as far as carrying along the piece goes, so you're a brave man to attempt this! It works out ok too. It certainly has a particular atmosphere to it... A good thing for you to practise would be ways of keeping rhythms going, things to drive solo pieces along a bit, that way you can vary between that and more floaty things. That'll come with time, I'm sure - keep playing
