The guitar playing is coming along. Keep it up.

Eventually, you may even start overdubbing guitar parts, and then the real fun will begin.

Would that el cheapo acoustic guitar pickup happen to be a magnetic one, which you then used near the computer monitor? If so, you could cut down on the buzzing by turning the monitor off while you record (assuming you know all the key commands needed). If you already did that, you could try turning the computer off too...er, no, wait, that one won't work...what you can do though is use an extension cable for the computer keyboard so you can sit further away when you record the guitar. The buzz only seems to be a problem at the beginning and end anyway (the result of noise reduction software? I think I can hear it gating the troublesome frequencies...). I think it sounds fine, other than that, though it has a more electric sound, which is always the case with magnetic pickups.

Anyway, enough about all that...
It sounds like you're progressing well with the guitar. Solo acoustic stuff is really one of the more demanding areas of guitar playing in many ways, as you're on your own the whole way though and don't have anyone/anything else to look to as far as carrying along the piece goes, so you're a brave man to attempt this! It works out ok too. It certainly has a particular atmosphere to it...
A good thing for you to practise would be ways of keeping rhythms going, things to drive solo pieces along a bit, that way you can vary between that and more floaty things. That'll come with time, I'm sure - keep playing :)

yes :) right...I am stupid that I didn't get that myself :-/ yes my pickup is magnetic...and now I think I will have a good use for my tv out...dunno why when I'm recording and the monitor is off. I get a bad feeling that I don't see it (windows crashing eventually). Seems now I will put my TV to a good use.

Thanks for your praises both of you :-)
I think I like acoustic guitar so much more than the electric one...it just maybe because it was a gift from my grandpa and he had it for about...uhhh...many years :D it was built in 1912...so that's a big pleasure to play an instrument with history...

And yes, rythm is really something what I have problems with on guitar ( :-Z ) well I will try to keep practicing...thanks for the praises they are inspiring...I hope I will be able to record something good again soon :)o
