I have a little doubt, whether Amarok has ever been released in vinyl, or cassete. I mean, both TBII and TSODE are divided in two, that is, there is silence between the two "middle" tracks, right in the middle of the album. I guess this is because they *were* released on vinil or cassete, thus had to be divided. Amarok, however, has no silence. So, does that mean it was a CD only release? Or is there a separation?

I see. And how's the song separated to fit the two sides?

Somewhere around 30 minutes it fades out... and on side two it fades in at the same point. It's somewhere on the quite piece. You can read about it in the FAQ.
