See this link: Aint it Cool News: Exorcist New Beginning

There is a little discussion about the music. The lack of "Tubular Bells" was a real sore spot with the main reviewer. There is also mention that backwards Tubular Bells was used in the trailer.

A warning: aintitcoolnews is one of the worst-designed web sites around, requiring back-and-forth scrolling to read the giant pale letters. I often cut and paste into a text viewer in order to read their material.

Does anyone else have Oldfield midi in their cell phone? I'm considering buying a USB interface cable so I can load it into mine (have not found another way to load ringtones).

Does anyone have or know of the notes for Tubular bells? I need them for my keyboard. I have the goal to learn how to play it, but I can't seem to find the right notes.

There are a few MIDI files of it available.See the MIDI and ringtones section of tubular.net.

You then take one of these files and load it into a program such as "Noteworthy Composer", which will display the MIDI file in a format like sheet music.

More news on the Exorcist front:

Schrader's Exorcist May Come to Theaters in 2005

You know what an "Exorcist" release means: more airing of TB in commercials for the film, and perhaps a slight spike in CD sales.
