Hello everyone,

Just to let you all know that Appassionata's new CD 'Let Go' will be launched on the 10th May 2005 at the Bolivar Hall (the Venezuelan embassy) 54 Grafton Way, London, W1. Tube station: Warren
Street (Northern and Victoria lines). Time 7.30pm.

There will be a concert, wine, and lots of fun

Tickets are £12 and space is fairly limited so it will be best to book in advance.

To purchase tickets:

1. Phone the box office on 08700 600 100
2. go to the ticketweb.co.uk web site and search appassionata

The CD will be on sale at the concert and also at HMV Oxford St, amongst other places including online I think (I'm going to find out about that and let you know!;) It's on the BGS label.

The music is mostly all new and written specially for for us:

Paulo Bellinati (two pieces inspired by Brazillian carnival music) , Gary Ryan (who had the cheek to name his very groovy piece Showgirls), Ned Bennett (two utterly beautiful jazz-influenced pieces), the passionate and dramatic Tango Amoroso by Bruce MacCombie, Hayley's funky and fabulous Storm in a Teacup and three cheeky miniatures by Ben Verdery, or to be more accurate, two cheeky miniatures and the beautiful spacious Let Go which we named the CD after.

Hopefully see you all on the 10th,

Love,

Rebecca

Just let me know if you don't want to be on this mailing list.
