Korgscrew Group: Super Admins Posts: 3511 Joined: Dec. 1999 Posted: Mar. 24 2002, 12:41 You can get a bell sound from a Korg M1 that's a bit like that on TBII (in fact, the bells sound there may even have the M1 bells as part of it - there are certainly M1 sounds in other parts of the album, though that sound in 'The Bell' seems to be a layer of several things). I should think that if you look through a few sample libraries, you'll find a tubular bells sample that can be tweaked to give a Mike Oldfield type sound (how easy it would be is another matter...). The thing here is that I've tried several things and don't come even close to "the Bell" sound. Well, I guess I will try sampling "The Bell" itself and se what I come up with.
