OK, who can come up with some good Anagrams of "Mike Oldfield" or other Mike related phrases (Album names etc.). I had a quick search and can't find a thread on this previously here at tb.net.

I'm not very good at this sort of thing but for starters:

Concerning his recent move, did you know that "Mike Oldfield" is an anagram of "Idol Mike fled..."

And exactly why is "Tubular Bells" an acronym for "Lust bare bull"!!!

TUBULAR BELLS- bulrus ballet. (for people with heavy feet!;)

Along the mathematics in music line, "Music of the Spheres" is an agnagram of "Secretes Mush of Phi"  :p

And Mike must have known his house would at one point be a B&B when recording "Hergest Ridge" since it becomes "Tried Her Eggs"...

Exactly why Light+Shade could also be "Aleds Thigh" I dread to think!

Hey, if you use Mikes full name things really perk up! Looking forward to Eugenes birth...

"Michael Gordon Oldfield" is an anagram of "Hollering of Melodic Dad"  :D

Well, I cheated a little - Martin's Java Applet Anagram Generator came up with 'Mike Oldfield' =
Feel I'm old kid - buying expensive two-wheeled toys
Flee milk i'd do - prefer Guiness
Foe did kill me - aka 'Moonlight Shadow'
I'm odd like elf
Fiddle kil'o me - trade the 'o' for an 'l' here for best fit..
Middle life ok - hmm, kind of..
Model life kid - not quite, I'm afraid
Filmed old Ike - guess he didn't, though he had the chance
