Check out Chris Newman (Acoustic Guitar) and Maire (Harp),  dates - they are FANTASTIC! They've played with Rory Gallagher! They play so fast that I told Maire that they make me feel out of breath!

Channel 4 are repeating the schools show 'Tartan Frigate' around 10.40 am or 11am Mon to Fri - check the times in case they are different to S4C! They have a lot of famous Celtic musicians on it!

I did mention Rory Gallagher on this forum not long ago I said he was cool and was totally blanked, in fact he was cool and if you need to be convinced get hold of  either Rory Gallagher live ,or tattoo.

I think the reason no one reacted is that you posted that in a topic about Rush... nothing wrong with starting a new topic about Rory in the Other Musicians forum if you'd like to discuss him.
