Mike Oldfield's Charleston has been included on Röyksopp's mix for the 25th outing of the popular Back to Mine compilation series. Preorder at Amazon.co.uk.

Thanks, Jørgen Brauti.

This is good news. Royksopp are amazing. You should check out their remixes of 'The Kings of Convenience' (an acoustic act from their home town in Norway).

This should also introduce some Oldfield material to a lot of new people who may only associate him with Tubular Bells.

I, for one, am looking forward to this release and if I could have afforded it, would have bought most of the previous 'back to mine' compilations too.

Listen to Mohribold; an epic musical tapestry that weaves between a multitude of genres.

Andrew Taylor's Mohribold album has proved very popular with fans of symphonic-rock, prog-rock, psych-folk and indeed Oldfield's classic albums!

Thanks to Kay that I've discovered this great band from Norway.Chill-out and relax a bit with them...

Amazon does not have it. Do you know when it will be released?

I would not know of Royksopp if it hadn't been for the Geico "so easy a caveman can do it" commercials.  Brilliant ads and good music soundtrack.  Obviously they are shown in the U.S., but do you see them on TV in other parts of the world?

Brill! I've loved Royksopp since I heard Melody AM.  It's nice of them to do one of the less heard-of tunes from Mike's repertoire too! :)

Chareleston is almost 100% orginal Mike. They have just mixed it a bit..
it last 1:20 minutes.
But something must be wrong on this...
Emmanuel Spilce is also abit of Charelston?? (this work better)
This is a torrent downloaded album so maybe it is error..
