The new edition of Music Week 05.08.06 has an article celebrating 50 years of the album charts. Within it, MO is mentioned under the 70's section as rising from anonimity to becoming one of the biggest selling artist's of the 1970's.
He's also included under the "50 chart 'facts'" as being one of only 4 artists to knock themselves off the number one spot!!

That's a great article. Always nice when the music gets that sort of positive attention  :cool:

speaking of musical history: shame Top of the Pops had to stop!! Such a shame

Glad he got remembered in the list. Too many people i talk to think he made tubular bells then like died or something! was watching the dvds earlier but not 6 times in one night like last time  :laugh:
