I dont say thet they dont have good song.. Even today i cant lisen some old songs thet i like but its not the same.. Their name comes from the lake Bodom, where three people were brutally murdered in the 1960's. The case was never solved. I guess they're trying to be scary or something, but lake Bodom has actually been a very peacefull family camping ground for a long time now, I used to go swimming there as a kid. I don't know if the band members even know how NOT scary that lake is nowadays. And yes, if the music was slower, it would propably be quite boring (not that I like it now). Back to top

(Surprising because I do feel that Mike's music shares some common ground with metal.) Personally though, while Children of Bodom might be mildly entertaining, I feel there are much more interesting bands in the genre. Back to top
