To my horror, I returned home one afternoon to find that Sky tv had been installed. Everyone was delighted. I still don't feel that convinced. ( I found myself watching the Psychic tv channel the other night - but I couldn't remember how long I'd been watching it for! What a waste of time!!;)

But then I stumbled across Classic FM TV. You probably know about it already, I'm always behind the times, but it is quite good in short doses. It's interesting and varied. The music is I suppose popular classics but I also saw some beautiful Celtic music with windswept girls standing or walking along deserted beaches or bleak landscapes. Very arty! It was refreshing to see some good music presented in such a way. I did feel that I wasn't sure when the commercial breaks started which does show how much music is used to sell us things. At times I was waiting for a close up of a bar of chocolate or the contact details of an insurance company to no avail!

I noticed their phrase is 'experience the classical music revolution'. Wonder if the MotS might get a play on there? I did see a little bit about Hayley Westenra,  & what a fabulous voice.
