A clever use of softsynths and voice may create something like this:
Cortex Echoes (find it at my web ZX Spectrum Files)
Length: more than 12 min.
It's not entirely a definite work but it can be done. It belongs to an almost ultimate album I call "Brain Damage" (a 150 min. suite of electronic-melodical music, in a vein like early Tangerine Dream sound).
It inspires me a bit about some Mike Oldfield lyrics and his music, unless completely out of any relationship with it.
