I wrote this last December and added the soundclips of JFK, Neil Armstrong and Stephen Hawkins recently to give it that added 'cosmic' feel and there is of course an element of 'Songs of Distant Earth' about it.

The title actually comes from a dairy entry by Donald Crowhurst who went missing in the Golde Globe Round the World Yaught race. This was quoted in a documentary called 'Deep Water'.
