Crime of Passion was going to be the first song in the 'The Lake' album, but Mike changed the rights and then Simon Phillips started playing drums in a few songs. Maggie Reilly composed 'To France' and 'The Killing Fields' and so they re-renamed the album and the name of the album was 'Discovery', because Mike had composed a song called 'Discovery'.

Simon Phillips signed a contract and then they went to live in the north of Switzerland when they recorded 'Talk About your Life' and Reilly composed 'Crystal Gazing'. At the end, 'Crime of Passion' went out and Simon Phillips played along with the band and they went for a tour along Europe.
