After that it counts down from 24 seconds and then 3 letters will appear which you have to type in a box next to it and then click the button that says "Download from Net-Mirror 'Omega'" or depending on which mirror you've selected it will also say "Download from Net-Mirror 'Alpha'". And you're sure you typed in those coloured words on the screen and pushed the download button? After you do that a download window should appear. (ie- Save to disk, Open on Firefox).
