Hello,
today I made an interresting experiment with the Dark Star sequence... I made a lot of synth sounds...and then played the Dark Star with those... (I don't have to say that these sounds are slightly tranced) so it came out this ...quite interresting way...and sometimes even beautifull :D

don't be so self-critical bugular ;)
you will come up with something really good I feel that ;)
just one more thing...I never wrote a good original
I am mostly remixing/covering and making trance songs (that are original but easy to write :D)
and all this stuff was quite easy...
you can create all of these sounds with 3x OSC as you have in fruity loops since all of theme are FM synthesis based (or analog synthesis you call it). The only hard thing was to create the sounds so they fit the sequence... the rest is quite easy ;)

Thx for comments to both of you

Once again (something that comes to my attention every time I listen to your songs now ;) ) I'd prefer it if it was a little more 'in your face'. It's just too laid back. Good for calm tunes, maybe. But not an explosive fast theme like this.

Other than that. Good job! I like the effects. Can you maybe perhaps make a not so laid bakc version though? With louder instruments and less reverb? ;)

:D no need for another version :D
I think yours is great...though would need better mixing so the guitar would not cover the synths...

but great! ;)

and thx for comments

Trust me...if it was any lower it would sound like you need to turn everything up louder....which is why I asked if you could make another version lol. But that's cool.

Now what you really want is some bass guitar...

...it certainly sounds more 'in your face' now!

(P.S. it wasn't me who made it clip like that :p)

I have to say, I feel rather sorry for BOOsTER here.
I mean, he puts up a light synthy version of Dark Star, and look what we did to it!  :D

Thx Korgscrew :)
But I think I rather like people to remix anything I have done...it means that they liked it so they got their instruments in hand and played to a think I have done ;)

that pleases me ;)
