I agree, though there's a 'new' version of 'Dark Side Of The Moon' in Surround Sound. 'Tubular Bells' and 'Dark Side' are amongst my favourite albums!

David Gilmour is making a new solo album,to be released end of this year or start of next year, one of his new songs is on his latest D.V.D. called "Smile" which is really nice, very mellow, sounds like "Meddle" era Floyd, which can't be a bad thing!!.
Also,i was thinking while in the cinema yesterday, that they record companies should use the surround sound medium of cinema to demonstrate new sorround sound albums, like a promotion ad for "Tubular Bells 2003" or "Dark Side Of The Moon",it might even persuade people to invest in a good system at home to listen to these amazing albums!!!.
Any Thoughts?

Does anyone know how the 'Live at Pompei' gig came about, who's idea it was, how long it took to film?
