Hi,

Here's a piece of music called Dervish. It starts slow but transforms into a whirlwind of devilish capricious action (okay, I'm maybe over-egging the pudding here...).

The link is:

All comments welcome! I'd like to put it on my next album if the general feedback is good.

Thanks in advance,
Terry.

I think it needs a few more 'dynamics', i.e. peeks and troughs sonically - otherwise it sounds great.

Woooo - fabulous cello, like dark chocolate, and introducing a bell at the end .

Thanks for listening peeps!

@smillsoid - I kind of get what you mean and I think I'd put more dynamics in for a longer track but at 2:15 I didn't want to interrupt the flow. However, I'm going to be revisiting the track after I've listened to it for a few days so I'll bear your comments in mind.

@wiga - thanks. I like the cello sound from the virtual orchestra I use. I think I'll be trying to make it a little bit smoother (like a very rich dark chocolate) before it's ready for the album. And the bells... what can I say? I've always loved tubular bells even since before I heard the Tubular Bells album so it's good to have a decent bells sample that I can use. I just have to make sure I don't use it too often!!!

Thanks again for listening and especially for taking the time to comment.

Cheers,
Terry.
