If you want the Bother of Filling it With Music thats Optional .. Step 1   Go to Wikipedia  . Hit Random Article..  The 1st Random Article is the Name of your Band   mine is STORM WARNING Step 2  Go to Quotations Page .com and Select Random Quotes..  The Last 4 or 5 words of the very last quote is your Album   mine is FILLS THE CUP OF SILENCE Step 3  Go to Flickr and Click on "Explore the last 7 Days" refresh 3 Times.. the 3rd picture is your Album Cover no matter what it is   mine is this  .. I actually found the title through a wikipedia article but this was before I saw this thread.
