just listened to the interview (thanks for recording and uploading it, Musically Inspired) and i can say i've really enjoyed latin (i came out in goose pimples that is the best proof for it) the spanish guitar sounds lovely and that falling along the cascade is still there leading again to the spanish guitar, round and sweet... there's a lot going there. for the finale... well, the bass and the reed and pipe organ will take me some time to get used... but in general, it's not bad at all, i looove the two slightly distorted guitars... yeah he's there... with the bells in tune i think now i'll stop listening to the original until i got tb 2003, i think i can love it, though i'll miss the moderate mc viv stanshall isn't here anymore... it will be almost unavoidable to compare it with the old one, but i'll try to listen to it as a new work, i'll try to feel it more than to think and compare.
ps. it was not pleasant at all to hear that question about the add... it has nothing to do with his life now and it has nothing to do with his music, which is the real important thing to talk about... journalists, let it rest there, in the past. he's human and has got right to do what he wants to and also to be wrong some time... in case this could be considered a mistake... and he's got perfect right to forget it as it's his wish.
i wish him all the best luck for the release of tubular bells 2003
