From the Discovery page:
Quote
Acoustic guitars - Mike used the Ovation Adamas in many places on the album, plugged direct into the mixing desk.

I don't know much about guitars, but I have to ask... how on earth do you plug an acoustic guitar directly into anything? wink

Essential reading for all.

Edited URL- thanks Olivier [that's what you get for typing from memory](of course, once the tubular.net page has the notes as well this post might as well be deleted)

What Shingebis has picked up on is a little technicality... wink

The Adamas, being an acoustic guitar with a piezoelectric pickup installed, is really an electro-acoustic guitar. Being more acoustic than anything else, it's chosen to live in the acoustic guitars category.

The Tres Lunas page is at a kind of beta stage, which is why Olivier hadn't been officially informed about it. I hope you'll find it even more essential reading when it's complete...
