I like him of course. Last time i saw him live was in Oslo (valle Hovin) The Rising tour.
I like his charm and guitar. Also his anger againts the wars and what we see happens to the world. (just like Roger Waters)
Specially his last album "Devils and Dust"
There is also some news! A new album in april. Have a look

Oh, well... I'm not a fan, there are just a few songs that I like, but that's all. But I know a fellow Oldfield fan who is also a big fan of Springsteen. ;)

I love Manfred Mann's Earth Band. Springsteen was a songwriter of theirs.

my favorite song of the bruce most be the live version of Youngstown. The concert from New York. That is a amazing strong angry song. I hoped he played it in Oslo but he never did.
Im on fire is also a very nice song. makes me wanna go out in the street at night and just think.

I never liked him at all until I found out that "Born in the USA" was really the total opposite to what it first seems to be about. I just did not get the joke (along with 95% of all who listened to it)
While I still dont get off on his music as such, he is a brillant songwriter with increadible wit!
Hats off to Bruce!

hehe funny to hear, beacuse that was the same reason here too
Many people dance to born in usa and think it is a happy song about usa... But that not the message in the song haha..

For some reason, the Elmer Fudd cover of "I'm On Fire" (really by Robin Williams) seems to get more airplay anymore!

I like Bruce Springsteen. He would not be in my top 10, but definately in my top 30 as a musician.
As a person, I have enormous respect for him. He's very taleneted, and really gives his fans a show. I saw an interview with him once and was impressed with how down to earth & wise he was.

Its the tough road that leads to happiness.
