I´d like to know if there is any difference between the dvd included with TB 2003 regular version, and the special editión with tb II and tb III.

Me gustaría saber si hay alguna diferencia entre el dvd que se incluye con la versión normal del tb 2003 y la del pack que también lleva el tb II y el tb III

No, they're exactly the same - the only difference is the artwork (and the fact that having four discs in a pack gives Warner the chance to put the wrong ones in there, so you might get a second TB2 instead of a DVD, or something equally silly...).
