In any case, I've never heard of them. Sounds rather like a joke to me. The recognized names of his pre-Tubular Bells bands are Sallyangie, Barefeet and Kevin Ayers and the Whole World. He's also done quite a bit of session work for the early Virgin bands, maybe that was one of them.
