Hi all, here is a brief video from July 15th where I played a 1 hour performance of original piano music.

I hope you enjoy it...and yes a CD promo is available and all enquiries welcome ;)

Select HD for best playback.

I must say I'm a little surprised that you did not get any reaction on your post until now.
Can I say I'm a little jealous of your skill of pianoplaying and composing?
Of course they're only some snippets, but I sure like what I've heard.

ME 2!!! OBLIQUE!!!
this is indescribably beautiful, the best piano music I have ever heard its got such feeling!.
I am lost 4 words, what can I say other than EXCELENT ENCORe ENCORE, & ask, please advise on where I can hear, more MORE.
&2 finish with WHY I rate you playing/music so highly= I normally don't like piano on its own, I know this is a bit philistine to say but I usually find it a bit (plinkety) lacking a flow, the hitting/striking instead of plucking/stroking or strumming of strings is not a sound I find pleasing.
YET THIS IS! SO so moving FANTASTIC beyond words, you are making the piano sing, U give it SOUL.
Somehow you have created instead of just alot of individual notes sounding off here they are played as a whole, a perfect harmony, flowing not like water, like time! smoοther than water & deeper than sea's no mechanical metronome or tic toc a heart beat of life's essence floating on air, oceans apart from the rest. I will stop the flattery now before ones head explodes, rem I am no expert but me knows what me likes.

Thank U, the name RYAN YARD & whenever I hear THIS NAME IS "A NAME I WILL THINK OF WITH  JOY" a pleasure to the ear.

Thank you very much for your kind words. As you may know I am heavily involved in transcribing Mike Oldfield's music and I wanted to show people the other side of my music, the composing and performing that does not come across in my Amarok video diaries.

I'm really glad you enjoyed the music. I do have a demo CD available to buy if you are interested send me a PM as it features much of the music heard in the youtube video.
