I dont know any last words of muscians but I do know the best thing to say before being shot is "activate force-field".

In the film The Committments, Buddy Holly is quoted as saying "We can't travel on that shit-heap" before getting on the plane whose fall killed him (and Ritchie Valens). I don't know whether this is true or not.
