This is a paradoxical choice for me as ordinarily, I would opt for the longer tracks (Taurus 1 or QE2). However, Mirage for me sums up in 5 minutes so much of what I enjoy in Mike's music. For one, it is almost like 1 large guitar solo and the playing is superb. The track has such rhythm, energy and strength running through it too. So, from my "freshman" perspective on this album, Sheba wins hands down. Not that I don't LOVE the other tracks (especially QE2), but this one just gets me here... right here... <Huge sigh of musical euphoria> Back to top
