A new track I finished today. Named it "Final Flight" dedicated to the R101 airship's last flight in 1930.

Hi Ian,

I really like this. I've put timed comments on the track with my thoughts.

Are you putting together a new album any time soon?

Cheers,
Terry.

:)  ;) Your tracks are better and better Ian ! Really pro. , well made , well produced etc etc . Yeah ! your music is really nice ! Bravo !

...ohh ! as we , here in France , are not British ( :D  :p ) i put a link to explain what is the R101 you talked about !

R101

... one day  i've seen an airship in the French sky near Paris , i was in my truck and seeing this " baloon " flying through the air was so magical ! In France we are talking about to built agian this type of airship with solar energy...

Thank you. I am so glad to be able to share my music here with like minded folk  ;-)

The R101 sadly crashed in Beauvaris, France in 1930.

I enjoyed this - thank you. Interesting combination of effects with the heavily fuzzed guitar work producing a feeling of vastness, while the repetitive higher tune feels light and airy - just like an airship in fact.

;) Ian , i guess you meant Beauvais and not Beauvaris !

Beauvais is located between Paris and Amiens ( Famous town of the WW1 and gloriously defended by British and Australians soldiers , Commonwealth forces ) .

Beauvais has an airport with the Ryan airlines .

The right place of the crash is located in Allone near Beauvais ...a really weird and freaky name for a crash : Allone ( alone ; all one ) .. Since the day of the tragedy the place of the crash is a part of UK with a commemorative grave/stele . You can visit a museum about this crash in the city ! I know this is a part of France very visited by British tourists !

Really bizarre because this the kind of histories and things i like to know and i'd never heard about this one . This crash was more important than the Hindenburg crash !

Geo parameters of the crash .

On one level I have to say I've always enjoyed your music for the tunes and the excellent production.

But this one adds an extra element, as I pass those big hangers quite regularly. If the euromillion Lottery ever came my way it would be so coolto see these gigantic flying machines live again.

:) In Ecausseville , France ( Normandy ) there's a big hangar built in 1917 , it's now an " historical monument " in France . They search money to restore it !

A French has tried to cross the channel from Dover to France with an airship with a pedalo propulsion but i think he didn't succeed .

Recently in France i've heard about an airship with solar propulsion but i don't know if it's already done .

Terry:

thanks for your constructive comments on the track. Do you know, you are right about the quiet bit not having long enough to breathe so I have extended it. I was in two minds but you confirmed it for me so thanks for that

As for another album, I would like to sell my first one more before I push another out. I don't know where I am going wrong but despite plugging it on Last FM and the like and getting very good responce, making countless imixes on iTunes and it getting 5 star ratings and nice reviews it hardly sells :-(
