Don Alfonso ---> That is David Bedford who is singing there. The german version of Don Alfonso credits "Paul" as the singer. I once read that he was a drunken roadie from Tangerine Dream who sang the song. By the way, listen carefully to the guitar solo on Don Alfonso and you hear somebody sniffing his nose.
