I'm pretty sure I've mentioned this before in my very first period of activity within this forum; but, as I'm also sure that some of you weren't there back then, here I go again...
At the end of a Virgin compilation released in 1994 and called "In the air tonight", which obviously doesn't feature the same-titled Phil Collins hit as it's not Virgin , there's a hiddden track: a funny untitled song (just voice and coustic guitar) whose lyrics basically consist of a fairly long list of Virgin artists. [One line says: "We've got Janet Jackson and her famous brother Joe", which is true - i.e. Janet Jackson and Joe Jackson being both signed to Virgin, not being brothers! ] Mike O. is not mentioned, because, before the proper song starts, the same voice speaks a rap (or maybe a recitation?) which goes like this:
"Years ago, twenty-one, Virgin Records was begun. Branson started with some belief, drive a dream, big car, huge teeth. Richard knew, somehow, what sells: sex, drugs... and Tubular Bells."
If anyone is interested in this song, I may make an mp3 of it and upload it somewhere...
