Interesting. It lacks the build-up and 'craziness' that I loved about Mike's original, but this has a feel of it's own. And your female singer sounds like the next Maggie Reilly ;).

EDIT: Just finished listening to it. I like the ending the most, I think. Unlike the orignial which builds up to craziness and just keeps going crazy, this one stays steady and keeps playing away. It's 'pleasant repetativeness' I really like the effect, though I know some others may not ;). I don't like either version better than the other, but I like them both.

Pointless act! You don't give a five hundred dollar tip to the housekeeper! That's inappropriate! That's inexcusable!

good work
nice interpretation
I only miss "bigger" drums & drums dynamics.
and the sound of a big angry electric guitar flashing right infront of your ears
But great job! I like the thing at the end with the plane :)

thanks, my friend Cambridge told me he had posted the track here and got some nice feedback. My name is Pris, i'm a singer-songwritter and mostly I compose my own stuff, but It was delightful to collaborate as the female vocalist with Cambridge, Pepe and Sasi in this cover. Thanks for your kind words, it's really encouraging.
Best wishes
Priscilla

Thank you for posting this; it's great to hear that someone covered this song! And a good job you did, indeed.

*Loved* the ending. Although the ending in the original is great in it's own right, yours is different, it's quite moving and meloncholy (in a good way!;). Kinda miss the dynamics throughout, but it's cool to hear an honest intrerpretation. Nice synth sounds.

Again--great closing for that song.

Julie and Tony.
