I think it would be a good idea to make an addition to the tubular.net discography by including a section on Mike’s guest appearances. It could be set out like Mike’s own discography, with scans of covers, tracklists, and what exactly Mike plays on each record. Theres records like The Garden Of Love and recent re-issues of David Bedford/Tom Newman albums with previously unreleased tracks featuring Mike, and tubular.net seems like the natural place to feature all the info on these releases. How about it Olivier? I’m sure many of us would be willing to contribute info/scans if required!

How about a singles discography? I have one on my page (which is probably gone now that I've changed the internet connection.) I have a lot of data I would be willing to contribute, and it would make the site a bit more informative.

I suppose it depends on how much information youy'd like to see there - it could be an incredible amount of work.

I can't speak for Olivier, but from my point of view, it's an idea that has crossed my mind before (and that of singles as well) but...not at the moment.

If it's simple listings of singles and collaborations you're after, Rainer Münz's discography is a good place to start looking - http://www.rzuser.uni-heidelberg.de/~jk0/oldfield/oldfield.htm

I'm working on a Mike Oldfield website right now which is going to be an enormous.

I will include a lot of data in the discography and also singles. I have scanned a lot myself, but I do not have every single (yet). wink

So, scans are welcome. And Man in the Rain, maybe we can work together to make it a big site. smile
