Quote (Taurus Outcast @ June 18 2006, 16:15) | There are 2 sg's at the montreaux concert. 1 which mike plays throughout with white tuning pegs, and the backup with metal tuning pegs. The 1961/2 gibson i suspect is the backup, seeing as it has had machine heads changed according to the instruments section (from metal to white as seen in recent photos). the sg mike is playing has white tuning pegs, i think is the 1963, which later became the gibsynth, as this guitar has not had its machine heads changed. Also the 1963 has no drill holes behind the bridge or anywhere else come to that. |
Don't you think that the Gibson with drillholes is the model 1963, later became the Gibsynth? By the way, Taurus Outcast, I am looking for informations about Mike's Gibson SG? Have you got some?
Thank you
