No but I did modify it a bit to make it sound less like a phone playing a MIDI file and more like a phone ringtune. It's just the flutes in canon and the bass line I think. Blame the "Nokia Sound Converter".   Anyhow the original Incantations MIDI file is at the Tubular.net MIDI/ringtone section. So you can use that one or modify it to suit your phone.
