Since I'm way too lazy to search the Web for all of this stuff :), I would like someone [Korgscrew? Dkay? Jammer? Anyone! ;)] to give me some links to descriptions and/or pictures - at the Synth Museum, or wherever else - of the following equipment used by Jean Michel Jarre on his first three albums (when not specified otherwise, I'm talking about synths):

- ARP 2600
- AKS
- VC3
- Yamaha Polyphonic (Oxygene, Equinoxe)
- Oberheim Polyphonic (Equinoxe)
- RMI Harmonic
- RMI Keyboard Computer
- Elka 707
- Korg Polyphonic Ensemble
- Eminent
- ARP Sequencer
- Oberheim Digital Sequencer
- Matrisequencer 250
- Rhythmin' Computer [I think this is generic. Or is it a brand name? ;)]
- Vocoder EMS

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies. :)

Why not just go to The Synthmuseum and check them yourself against the truly phenomenal archive held there?

The best place to look for information on Jean Michel Jarre's equipment is the Jarrography website.

A good site for general information on synthesisers is vintagesynth.com, as is synthmuseum, which has already been mentioned.

Both of those sites are easy to navigate, so it shouldn't be hard for you to find the information you want, even if you are bone idle ;)

You might find it helpful in your searching to know that the (Synthi) AKS and VC(S)3 are both made by EMS The Oberheim Polyphonic would be the TVS 1A, the Yamaha polyphonic could be the CS60 (the Jarrography seems to indicate that was used on Equinoxe Part 1) or CS80. The rhythmin' computer would be the Geiss Rhythmicomputer (Michel Geiss being Jarre's technical collaborator). The rest you ought to be able to find at those two websites without any trouble, using the names you have in your list.
