Ugo Group: Members Posts: 5495 Joined: April 2000 Posted: Oct. 14 2005, 18:46 Julio Iglesias - Quiero Yes, I know that Julio Iglesias is one of the soapiest singers in the world, maybe the soapiest, but, if you want some fun, download the file I linked above (it's just a 45 seconds fragment) and tell me what do you think of it: is Mr. Oldfield's rendition of the same piece better or worse than this? If the answer is 'yes'... well, the main melody of both "Quiero" and M.O.'s "Romance" is the well-known (at least here) "Romance from Jeux interdits", originally played by Narciso Yepes.
