I recently saw a video for Man In the Rain.  It was a live performance I guess in Germany.  It was for some award show or something.  Anyways he did the song Man in the rain.  This song was done with Cara dillion on vocals right?  Well Cara Dillon is white is she not?  The person that was in this video singing was black?  This really confuses me.  Can somebody set this strait for me?

Yes, that's Pepsi Demacque. She did vocals for Mike on the Then & Now Tour and The Millennium Bell.

She was born in 1960. She joined Wham! (you know, George Michael, Last Christmas I Gave You My Heart) in 1983. After leaving the band she formed a duo with another band-mate, Shirlie. She has done backing vocals for many musicians.

Cara Dillon was just a guest vocalist, Pepsi was a member of Mike's band - that's why she appeared on the show. Cara didn't even sing on the premiere of TB 3.

Hmm, why was Cara not invited to the tour I wonder?

And about Pepsi, too much lip synching really put me off from watching the live shows I suppose. This might sound harsh, but other than lip synching and dancing woogly like that a bit and distracting the audience from watching Mike himself, was she ever needed for the tour in the first place?
