I have uploaded the second Siegen show from 1981 tour to the Bit Torrent tracker. You can get it from here:

This show has been already uploaded to the tracker some time ago in a torrent which didn't say if it was the first or the second show. That torrent looks like being lossy and not lossless, that's why I have uploaded this new torrent. You can compare the spectral view of the same track (The Sailor's Hornpipe) from both shows:
