:D I was hoping for a Cardiff win myself so I switched it over and missed it unfortunatly.Fair play to Pompey though deserved winners today..I agree anyway get that track back out there Mike and strike while the iron`s still hot.Maybe he could record a version of the Play Up Pompey chant for the b side.Complete with the Pompey "tubular" bell ringer going hell for leather in the background.. :p

What sport are we talking about here? Soccer? Rugby? Cricket? Crocket? :)

In any case, well done Portsmouth! Must be cool to have an anthem written by Mike...

Ah, ok... I actually never checked whether or not this was a traditional tune, I was under the impression that it was Mike's own tune.

Also never knew that Portsmouth was even in the first division. :)

Meanwhile...Reading has been kicked off from Premiere League.

Reading, Birmingham and Derby Have my deepest sympathy it's no fun at all seeing your club relegated but' as an armchair fan of Footy it's been a great year. Last Sunday I watched Fulham's last game of the season and only a win would do, they got it by a goal late on and I watched, nerves a jangling up till the final whistle. Really exciting stuff.

Fulham looked completely dead and buried a few weeks ago,you can`t help but admire their houdini like escape. And hats off to old Roy Hodgson who always strikes me as one of the nicer blokes involved in the game.

I sat down to watch it all unravel last weekend when my sky box decided to completely lose it`s signal. Not a happy fella` to put it mildly.Been with sky for about nine years and it was still gonna` be a 65 quid engineer`s fee to sort it out.Decided instead to cancel the bloody thing when all of a sudden they`re offering me free skyplus installation plus a reduced package fee.Yeah ok so they talked me into it and the guy fitted it just in time for yesterday`s final...Can`t wait for the play-off finals now!    :)

Hodgson should've stayed here. He helped us a lot.

Hodgson should've stayed here. We played well with his assistance.

Yeah I forgot he was Finland`s national manager for a while recently wasn`t he.He`s a good manager imo, very under-rated in this country for all he is English of course.

He was. We played some good games, although we still didn't make
it to the European Championship.
