When Mike started to work with FL software, he said: So a truck and eight hefty chaps came and took everything away. Does he mean only the studio equipment or did they take everything except from a couple of synths/piano and the guitars?

I cannot imagine that he just threw it away or told them to go to the rubbish dump. I mean, there must be equipment for a lot of money there and also the instruments if they took them too.

Does anybody know what actually happend to the stuff? Did Mike really just ask them to take it away. Does he plan to sell it at an auction? Or has he put it in a depot/store where he can fetch them again if he decides to sometime in the future?

I interpret it as they took away the mixing desks and production equipment. All the fuss around fruity loops, it's not an instrument to create musical notes (well, not really, it can), it's just another type of mixing desk and tape recorder.

The answer is 42 - but what is the question?

From his first interview I read that all he had kept was one piano but that was an error in the translation. It does seem that all he kept was a piano, few keyboards and few guitars as used on this new album, and everything else is all brand new equipment but I sure hope that is wrong. God knows what he did with it all, are you hoping to grab yourself a bargain or piece of MO nostalgia, good luck!

It's not been thrown out, but it has been sold. It's only electronic equipment he sold - i.e. no guitars, harps, bells, aeromodellers toolkits or anything like that, but synthesisers as well as the studio gear. Mike feels that electronic equipment can now be replaced by a computer running the relevant software.
