Hi,

If you bought a Mike's guitar a few months ago and you would like to see it in the Mike's house, watch "interview with Mike Oldfield" in "Art in Heaven DVD". You can see a lot of guitars, hanging on the wall and  and some on the floor.

You can see it at 01:11.

Regards

PS: Hey Ray, I cannot see yours ;)
Where is it?

Yes I've seen this bit and you are correct, most of the guitars sold by Chandlers can be seen here on the wall of the studio.  My Ramirez is not there, although it is possibly on a stand in the dark room shown briefly.  I've seen my guitar played on the 99 tour and TV shots (Udine castle Ommadawn bit from Google Video for example).  I imagine he may have bought it so he didn't have to take his old 1A 1974 guitar with him under those glaring lights.  It was also used for studio work, although not specifically named - millenium bell maybe.

What software are you using to play your DVDs Yanouch?

Have a look here (once an admin has released my posting) - sorry I couldn't get some of the snapshots less blurred, but the camera pans a little too fast around the studio :/

VideoLan VLC is a complex media player for many platforms (Windows, Linux, and MacOS) which also allows playing DVD video discs. The most interesting feature fo You yanouch65 is, that it allows capturing frames (eg. take "pictures") from anything that is played - including DVDs. Maybe You could try this one.

cheers

Hi - been away for a while.   I looked and cant see the Gibson LP junior TV there.  Probably in it's box??

PS I got a Roland SH2000 today.  Bit fuzzy though.  May be it needs a refurb - anyone know anyone who can do that??

Any admin around to check why my screenshot in this new gallery thread (Photos of Mike) still cannot be seen?
Even the thread itself doesn't exist yet in the 'Photos of Mike' overview.
